Visualize the Future With Architectural Rendering

December 14th, 2009

Architectural rendering refers to creating a two dimensional or three dimensional image of a structure showing its different attributes. Traditionally architects used hand-drawn sketches, pen and ink drawings, and watercolor renderings to represent their designs. Commercial demand for hand-drawn rendering has declined as computer generated renderings lead architectural rendering into an exciting future.

Computer aided 3D Architectural Renderings, use complex 3D modeling and rendering software to create life-like images known as PhotoReal rendering. Normally done for presentation, marketing and design analysis purposes, architectural 3D models are set to the right proportion, scale and even use real life textures, materials, color and finishes.

The ability of being able to visualize a structure in 2D and 3D provides many futuristic advantages in architectural design. The client can ensure that the architect has comprehensively understood his specifications and the ultimate structure will, if not entirely but closely, resemble his mental picture of the building. Also, architectural rendering better explains different aspects of the building to all involved in the construction process. Real estate companies can show prospective buyers a view of their building on the plot once it has been built. Architects can present photorealistic views of building interiors, complete with furnishing and interior decoration. Builders can advertise views of proposed buildings through hoardings or brochures.

Architectural 3D Rendering can be outsourced easily. Indian animation companies have the expertise and the qualifications to develop complex architectural views, (manual rendering, 2D and 3D views) with the highest aesthetic sensibility and impeccable attention to detail.
